It is an extra virgin olive oil of organic farming where the fruits are collected by hand from dry olive fruits of the top quality “Koroneiki” variation.
The trees are not fertilized or sprayed, absorbing all necessary substances and vitamins directly from nature.
The olive fruits are collected unripe and transported within 12 hours in our oil mill in order for the process of olive oil production begins immediately.
The method of extraction is that of cold pressure resulting to olive oil of golden-green coloring possessing rich, fruity taste.
